Classicafé

Taking inspiration from my interests in classical music and cosy cafe environments, I created an app prototype for a hypothetical café concept, which I titled “Classicafé.”

In studying the basics of wireframing and interface design, I wanted to create a new take on a mobile food/drink ordering app. I noticed a lot of these existing apps have vivid images and popping colors, so instead, I wanted to create an app that featured softer colors and handmade illustrations.

With this goal in mind, I created “Classicafé,” a hypothetical café concept built off my newfound love for warm, cozy café environments as a college student’s ideal study spot. With the hustle of a busy college student’s schedule as something that can get in the way of these quiet moments, “Classicafé” aims to deliver that tranquility to the consumer through the app’s design rather than through a physical building.
